Leaving early in the morning, we can enjoy this natural wonder at sunrise, the ideal time of day to admire the geothermal site, the fumaroles and steam columns coming from approximately 80 geysers, reaching temperatures of 85°C. We will enjoy breakfast together, continuing towards the Machuca viewpoint (closed on Tuesdays) and the Putana wetlands, where we can admire the mountain fauna of flamingos, vicuñas, llamas and vizcachas. Pick up at your accommodation between 04:30 and 05:00. We return to San Pedro de Atacama at approximately 12:00 hrs. Tours that do not meet this may result in rescheduling or tour service provided by a partner tour operator. - Please allow a 24 hour period, from arrival, to acclimatise to the altitude. Please do not book tours above 4000m (maximum altitude stated in tour information) during this time.
